Seminar on "The Changing Landscape of Drug Abuse in Pakistan: Exploring Recent Trends & Challenges Faced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" organized by Directorate of Students Societies in collaboration with Kamyab Jawan Markaz at Convocation Hall, University of Malakand. The Guest Speakers, Prof Dr Johar Ali, Dean of Social Sciences, University of Peshawar & Prof Dr Jehanzeb Khan, Vice Chancellor, FATA University graced the event. The Guest Speakers highlighted physical & mental effects of drug abuse, challenges faced by individuals struggling with drug addiction, explored rehabilitative & treatment strategies towards recovery and healthier life. The VC UoM Prof Dr Rashid Ahmad, Dr Mohammad Ayaz, Director Students Societies, Dr Janas Khan, Provost Dr Jawad Hussain, Focal Person, Kamyab Jawan Markaz, Dr Mohammad Zahid Khan, Facilitator Kamyab Jawan Markaz, Mr Jamil Anwar Abbasi, Deputy Director, Students Societies, faculty members & students of various teaching departments graced the event & also participated in awareness walk on prevention of drug abuse among youth at university campus
